Hi, I had my assessment for a new claim with Capita on Wednesday via video call. I’ve read on other posts that the report should be sent to DWP within 48 hours. I rang today, Friday but DWP says they haven’t received the report. The lady who did my assessment said she may have to refer one of my answers to her supervisor and may have to ring me back but so far she hasn’t. Can it take longer than the 48 hours for the report to be sent? Thanks
