New DWP strategy to get us off PIP?

I sent a question yesterday about whether others have, like me, had their PIP stopped before their review form was due. My review form was due by 14 September but a letter dated 10 September came saying my PIP had been stopped as I didn’t send my review form on time. This was written 4 days before the due date. My GP said another of her patents had this same experience. I spoke to my mental health worker today and she has 2 other patients who have had the same thing happen to them recently. Is this a new DWP strategy to get us off benefits? My ESA has also been reduced. I’ve lost half my income due to what appears to be an admin error. What’s going on?

Hi Becky

I don't think it's a deliberate strategy, but some others may disagree.
