Hi RG,
I totally get where you're coming from - I too suffer with social and travel anxiety - I am great online via emails or live chat type of things, but person to person, it's just too much for me. I'm ok-ish on the telephone, depending on how the conversation is going.
They should have another option like the courts do, such as live chat, because phone calls aren't always easy.
Regards, Chris.

Thank you both!
A live chat would be so much easier for me!
I bottled out calling them today though, so will just try again .
I think its the fear of them passing the phone over to a case manager who will then question & pressure me, I'm just too exhausted physically & mentally to battle it.
Im Probably over thinking it, but thats a part of my SAD I battle each day.
i will keep trying.

Thankfully I didnt need to call them after all as I just had a letter through the door today.
Im confused though,
I had A text almost two months back when I sent in the MR stating that they will aim to look at my case by a particular date, which is now this Friday, thats 8weeks now, and ive had a few of those texts along the way.
only today I just had a letter saying “we now have the information we need to decide if we can award you PIP”
Is that normal to have a letter stating that when its in MR stage?
Many Thanks in advance.

Hi RG,
I believe I got a letter after my MR, but it was just informing me that their original decision stood, and that they'd backed their HCP - and that's when I took it to the tribunal stage, however DWP backed down before the courts got chance to review the appeal, and re-awarded me what PIP I had originally. I think they're maybe's trying to keep you up to date, so that you're aware that it hopefully won't be too much longer before they decide.
Hope this helps,
Regards, Chris.
