Changes that may lead to UC migration was created by cyngor2013
My husband recieves PIP and legacy ESA and I care for him full time. We have not recieved any contact as yet for migration to Universal Credit.

Our twenty year old daughter who lives with us needs to begin a claim of Universal Credit because of ill health.

Would there be a possibility that her new claim could trigger the migration of our claim to UC?

Thanks

Hi cyngor2013

It shouldn't trigger a migration of your claim to UC.
