HELLO had long term back , spine issue . DUE to accident work 37 yrs back . LAST 25 yrs kept undercontrol with psyso / pain killers . APRIL 2023 4 mouths back . HAD big relapse . NOT just lwr back pain A1 , L4-L5 area . BUT now scatica down right leg , trouble mobilise stand/ walk with aid stick . CLAIMED UC 23 april supplyed sick notes current runs out 30 sep 2023 . IN july uc 35 issued . UC 50 back by 6 AUGUST TREATNMENT to that date ORPHOPEDIC REFERAL from gp who refered me for MRI SCAN 5 AUG . 2ND DEGENRATIVE CHANGES L1- L5 AREA IN S1& T12 -T11 SPINE . STEROSIS cause scatica, walk , stand issuie MOBILISE MAX 1-2 MIN STAND //// 20 METERES SHUFFLE / WALK . HAD wca , 25 august BY PHONE , report 31 aug reFUSED LCW can do some work . ON 1 sep lodge MR on 6th sep got ASSEORS CHDC REPORT . QUOTE asseors report to DWP STATES mobilise max 20 meteres with aid walk stick . CANT prepare own food MOVE heavy sausepans 1 handed . CANT manadge walk up/ down stairs aided, cant MAKE OWN BED . Does not do own shopping . SO DESPITE ASSEOR REPORTING TO DWP ONLY MOBILISE 20 METERES SHE only give me 9 points NOT AS LAW 15 POINTS (ERA) ????? HAVE to 1st october to provide more eveidence SO i sent in MRI SCAN REPORT FROM ADVANCED PSYO QUOTES MAX MOBILISE 20 METERES AIDED WITH WALK STICK STAND 1- 2 MIN B4 SITTING 15- 20 MIN . . JUST had consult SPINE TEAM WAITING REPORT TO SEND TO MR DESSTION MAKER . 2ND DEGENRATIVE CHANGES 20 METERE MOBILISE MULTIDISC L1- L5 STEROSIS . SO unsuitable for spinal fustion . ANY IDEAL WHAT DWP//// ASSEOR PLAYING & ??? AS 20 METERE MOBILSE UNDER 50 ASSOR SHOULD AWARDED 15 POINTS= (lcw) atm . NOT 9 POINTS WERE did she get that from ???. I due coach appointment on 25 th sep report fit note been removed from journal CAN I BE BULLIED / FORCED BACK TO WORK DURING MR ????? POSSABLE WAIT FOR TRIBUNRAL Seems tribural could take further 6- 12 mouths . ANY THOUGHTS ANY ONE I ADRIAN & AGE 59 .

AGE 59 NOW 41 yrs paying class1 tax/ ni (paye) OAP penstion payed for & 35 yrs paying but cant claim it 66 current WILL RENEW FIT NOTE 1 OCTOBER . just for safty they DWP removed report fit note on journal . & 59 with spine back pain daily you dont want all this stress off DWP // UC . WELL failed WCA MR appeal So ive lodge appeal with tribunral 2/ 10/ 2023 . dwp have 6 /11/23 to reponund reply . fit note 2/10/2023 to 5/11/2023 . CAN dwp force / bully you to seek, work , do training to case heard & tribural ????. if U PROVIDE FIT NOTES ???.

ATM because i was working claiming UC as top up . BUT was earning
AVG over AET £617 MOUTH . Apart from few mouths when i handed in fit notes COULD not work due SPINE / BACK ISSUIE. MOBILISE MAX 20 METERES WITH AID STICK STAND 1- 2 min i have sit 10-20 mins . ASSEROR
CHDC. REPORTED THIS uc wca but did not give 15 points for mobilise under 50 meteres aided . FLAWED reporting . . MEDICALLY still got issue atm having treatnment . CANT stand more 1-2 min shuffle walk with stick 20 meteres YET WCA MR SAYS NOT CHANGE THERE MIND NO LCW/ LCWRA COULD DO SOME WORK . .
