unsure about what to write in PIP Mandatory Reconsideration letter was created by JK2019
I'm in process of sending my pip reconsideration,I'm reading the appeal guide but the guide seem to be mostly for the appeal and not for the reconsideration.
for example "the best possible ways to challenge a pip medical report", is mostly about challenging what HP have said in their report, but is this guide made for appeal stage or can it be used for mandatory reconsideration letter too?
in my case the HP completely ignored my conditions,my explanations of how they affect me and even ignored (despite mentioning) my previous pip assessments where I scored enough for the exact same conditions.
they simply said they don't think my conditions have such impact on my daily life.very much like a hostile, negative attitude.
so my question is what should I write in my mandatory reconsideration letter?
should I explain everything again in detail just like I did in my original form?
or should I say why HP is wrong? the decision maker themselves didn't explain any reason whatsoever why they think I don't qualify and just accepted HP's report.giving me 0 points (down from 12)

I've already tried to answer this on your other topic, it helps if you keep everything in one place.
In terms of the arguments that you are presenting, there is no difference between an MR and an appeal, you are arguing that you should have scored points and that the report that the DM used is incomplete, in error, etc.
Where there is a difference is the balance that the DM and a Tribunal panel will apply to the evidence in front of them, however, anything you submit for an MR will be usable if you have to go onto appeal.
