Sent pip review forms in january. Told today its going to assessers. If my claim is turned down or made less would i still be able to appeal as im 66

Hi Deg Peard

There isn't an age limit on PIP unless someone is trying to apply for the first time - in which case they can't do so after State Pension Age. No one can have the mobility component increased after State Pension Age either. You can still appeal if you're not happy with the review decision.
