Hi Good afternoon Everyone So I'm in the process of claiming for Pip . 2Weeks ago i had the telephone assessment which lasted For 1 hour 40min. I feel like i were grilled very thoroughly. My question is please have i seen somewhere i can ask for Copy of the assessment i had What number do i ring please . The wait is horrendous.. I 1st sent application off early march Thankyou

Hi Helen 47

You can ring up the PIP enquiry line which is 0800 121 4433 or the phone number on the last letter you received from the DWP.

The assessment report you're asking for is called a PA4
