Good Morning would it be ok to put on pip review form since 2018 I'm still the same am still unable g.p's new letters still say I'm ............? and then go onto why symptoms reasons aids etc?

Yes, that would be fine. Just make sure you include a couple of sentences about what hasn't changed. Have a look at the Guid to PIP claims & Reviews. The information you want is from page 128

Thank you so can say I'm still the same as 2018 am still unable still suffer severe pain fatigue and so on......... my grip etc causes & my g.p's new letters still say I'm ............?

Yes, you can - but as I advised in my previous post, have a look at the Guide to PIP claims and reviews if you want any more advice on how you should respond - page 128 onwards.
