As the 1034 form is so short and the response boxes are far too small to write anything but three or four lines in, is it a good idea to write a very brief 'synopsis' of each answer with 'please refer to more indepth answer on attached sheets' and continue with a fuller version on separate typed (printed) sheets?
It would also be better for me if I could do this, as my hands are not up to physical writing and it's always a laborious process.
Many claimants do what you suggest. Just remember to put your name, DOB and NI number on any additional pages. You don't have to write anything in the boxes if it's too much other than see page X
