I'm glad you have the letter, but sorry that it was not a positive outcome.
Only you can decide whether to fight on, but you will need to see the details of the Statement of Reasons to see what you can challenge. The written word can so often be misinterpreted, but the phrase "help-seeking behaviour," in my view, sounds quite unpleasant and seems to corroborate your experience that they didn't believe you.

Ha, if it's any consolation I then had 4.5 hours and 5.5 hours last night
