Hi info/helpneeded

Yes it is perfectly ok to stick stickers over the 3 questions.

Our PIP Claim guide covers completing the AR1 Review form (1043 Review), remember, whatever the form says you are being assessed against the same criteria as before.

It is perfectly OK for you to type your answers and attach them as extra pages to the AR1, just make sure that each page has your full name and NIN at the top and that they are numbered, we recommend "page X of Y" so that it is easy to see if pages are missing. Make sure you clearly mark on the form where your answers are and on the relevant page that you are answering question X.

Attach the pages to the back of the form using a staple or make a hole in the top left corner and use a treasury tag, string or ribbon to the form. The pages need to be easily detached so that they can be scanned by the DWP.

I am not aware of posting the forms from your home apart from asking a relative/friend /neighbour to post them for you at your local post office, remember to send the forms by recorded delivery.

Thank you very much for your reply so any information we stick on the form as a typed sticker, the remainder can be on a4 pages.
Also do they detach it from the perforated edge or you can do it to make it easier to photocopy? Yes we thought royal mail or parcelforce did a service where they collect the post from your home. Because otherwise we cannot go to the post office

Hi info/helpneeded

There is not much room on the review form to explain your condition, what you do not want to do is just write no change in my condition and leave it at that. I usually write 'No change in my condition ' if there has been no change but I also include 'please see page x of y' where I will explain how my condition affects me, remember you have to fit the criteria even though it is a review. As stated earlier we have some very good PIP Claim guide covers completing the AR1 Review form (1043 Review), remember, whatever the form says you are being assessed against the same criteria as before.

I have had a quick search on the Post Office website but cannot see any information about collecting mail from your home address they talk about a Customer Service Point (CSP).

Hi, just about detaching pages. When I worked in a school and the Reprographics Dept happily accepted private work at modest cost, the lady there used to guillotine the folded edge off. This enabled her to pop the lot in the auto-feed of her big photocopier, as she hadn't time to hand feed page by page. It never caused any problems. Hope that reassures you.
