Ah thanks BIS, I get it now. I did google & read before I asked but it made no sense to me, plus all I could think of was the appeal & getting it done.

All lodged online, easy, even for me :laugh:

I’ve read that the online appeal doesn’t take as long as the other, any idea how long? Although I’m prepared for the usual long wait.

Thanks wing, sorry I only just saw your message.

I went from 0-10 points on mine too, which again was a massive shock to me. My MR only took 8 weeks :ohmy:

Hi Bud

I can't give you any time on how long an online appeal might take in the current climate. There are delays with the DWP getting information to the Tribunal Service it's impossible to know.
