Yet Another Shock!

I got my AR1 in the post on 1 April, & returned it on 7 April. On Saturday I got the old brown (dated 24 April) from DWP saying that I'd got my award until 2020, & with no assessment!

I'm awaiting a response to my AR1 sent a few weeks ago. Could I ask what boxes you checked/ticked? Did you send supporting information with the AR1.

Thanks, indeed I am.

I ticked no change, & also wrote in the boxes how I was still affected. Also I filled in the page at the back again explaining everything like I was telling it for the first time. I enclosed a recent letter from the hospital, luckily it had loads of useful info on it.
