Complaint against Capita

Yes, as appointee for my adult daughter - the assessors justification for awarding 0 points across the board was that my daughter worked 4 days a week, she did refer to the extra help she had at work and totally disregarded the help she needed to function outside of working hours -ultimately I was 'not confident' that the assessor had reviewed any evidence, current and historical medical & DWP covering the last 30 years, resulting in higher awards for DLA then PIP. I've been collating statements from family and her work colleagues in preparation for a MR - it's been 5 weeks since the PA4 was entered on DWP's system and 4 weeks since submitting my complaint to Capita - expecting a reply from them next week, (they have 20 working days to review and respond).
