Oh boy it's not going into my today, perhaps give it another couple of days' to
sort it out logically in my head

As many people on here will experience how I am... I am pooped!
The hard work is down, couple of days relaxation ..listen to your body!!!

I am very, very fortunate as there are people out there far worse off.
For now 1. I keep sending in my sick notes. 2. and ensuring I never miss an appointment.!

As I suffer with Menieres disease (balance, deafness and tinnitus ) I can now feel my tinnitus increasing which may lead to balance attack. I am totally aware of the effects of this stressful
time has on my body.
Again thanks to all of you! Restores faith in proper, kind human beings!! Again I will do my best to use Twitter and inform others of this service (mind you the mods may have keeled over by then.
nb. I am also going to be very very careful to undertake voluntary work. Right now I couldn't be we just need to try to stay one head of those twits !

Hi K,

If you were going to undertake any form of Voluntary Work you would need to inform ESA.

There is also the option of Permitted Work. (PW)

Permitted Work

Work for people living with disability or health conditions.

See more information on PW 4th link down : This Page

You should be aware that any type of PW or VW that you take part in will be taken into account at your next reassessment to see whether doing so is contrary to the reasons that placed you into The WRAG.

Good luck !! :)

Sorry this is the bit I am unsure of.
No it was down to me posting too early.

THANK YOU

Hi K,

Depending on what date/year the start of Week 14 of your claim fell on (i.e. 13 weeks after the date of your initial ESA claim) you will be entitled to back payment of the weekly WRA Component Addition at the appropriate weekly rate for that date/year up until present day.

Taking into account my information regarding the 365 days entitlement rule of course !

Once again I cannot thank the Mods enough, very concise (once the cog fog eases!

I got confirmation toady that my CBESA will case 3/9/16

If I have my facts right and I am still unable to work I will be means tested?
ie
under £6k in savings
do I have a partner bringing in money. This will then be IR ESA?

So, if I am still unwell by 3/9 (I live alone in a house on which I have a mortgage) would the HOUSE be taken into consideration or will be down to my income and savings.
Cheers guys
NB. Same day...got my date for PIP Tribunal...in the same place....urrggh!!
Currently I am exempt for CTR and I think that is I was on PIP. I now presume they will
start me wanting to pay it even though currently getting CBESA.
Thanks

Have a look back at page 3 of your topic, Bro has explained how to work out if your ESA is Contribution Based or Income Related.

The house you live in is not counted as capital in regard to benefits.

If your PIP award was removed then you need to contact your Local Authority about this.

Gordon, once again thanks for your time (and patience) my head is all jumbled current.
I am glad my house is not used in means test, yes I did look at Bro message but will re look. Since my assessment I have been left bed bound it really takes it told on the body.
Keep up the excellent work. I would encourage everyone in help come here. Ironically the BBC are showing Battling Benefits progs. I am a tad concerned that media can kind of twist things. One thing I notice a lovely young girl, hard of hearing, went to her 2nd PIP assessment and walked there....ouch! People need to be very cautious!
