My pharmacist said I had only 4 weeks' to claim. Anyhow she is not telling the truth and hence she is selling her shop! Too many complaints

Thank you for your support over the last 2 stressful years' sorting out my benefit. As I result
I now have standard PIP for 3 years and successfully have move to Income Related ESA.
Without doing research on this site I would not know which forms to use, the way to phrase things.
You guys are amazing, so few of you helping so many others. I hope I manage to get my quote rolling down the site of the screen. People....please join this group! In collaboration with your CAB this is vital. Never give up APPEAL

Dear All. I was moved from CB ESA in September to Income Related ESA which was a relief.
I received a letter on Christmas Eve that my time was up and I have yo fill in another ESA50 and possibly attend another WCA. I'm devasted, mentally it's set me back. When I called they said my payment was up until 20th December. Nowhere on my form indicating I had IR ESA did they state that!
I stupidly threw out my original ESA claim ( cognition not great!). I called them and wrote to them asking for a copy. That say they will send it but my submission d/l is 24 Jan!
ESA questions are crazy ie. Moving a box etc!
My GP has printed out my medical forms to submit, as my health has deteriorated . I'm terrified I won my able and deemed credible.
Any advice about my comments on my mental changes I need to get across but the form doesn't really give much option.
This is a roller coaster for me I'm tired, I'm depressed and anxious all the time.
