I have just been awarded pip after a tribunal. I had a home visit assessment and was taken off my previously awarded dla The assessor completely misrepresented everything I told her and I was declined for a pip award. I decided to appeal and did so on paper as I find it extremely stressful to go out. After 5 months and lots of correspondence my letter arrived today and my appeal was upheld. Thanks to this site for all the useful information
