i contacted PIP. My record says "planned intervention" which means, according to call center operator, my award is due a review. He agreed the use of the word "review" on the annual letter is confusing. He said they are inundated with the same query. he has sent this to the DWP as feedback. I requested a new form and extension ( as i have mislaid my form ) , They will get to me. TY again.
