I know that we are not completely out of the woods yet, in that we need to consider whether to continue with my dad's original appeal or not - at least to get the 365 WRAG reinstated in case my dad is ever reassessed again before his retirement age. And there may also come a time whereby his DLA is assessed in which case having a court WIN in your belt may be beneficial.
But, I just wanted to say formally, thank you.
A BIG thank you.
You've managed to steer us in the right direction a few times now, give us that vital piece of information we were missing. I know for a fact that key things that we've learned here on the Benefits and Work Forum have helped us get my dad in to the rightful Support Group.
The membership fee was more than worth it for an invaluable service. And I'm certain that I'll need to post here again at some point.
