| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: I struggle with reaching, bending, this makes it difficult for me to shower even though I have a walk in shower and dry dress myself quickly enough so that I don't get cold as this increase the pain in my legs and back I cannot stand for long periods, lifting pans impossible due to the strain on my legs and back, therfore i am unable to cook even a simple meal, this makes it impossible for me to make a simple meal for myself without help aids or help from another person |
| Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: £234.80 the whole of my daily living element of pip I will struggle to pay for my fuel costs as I suffer with the cold even if it is warm outside my house still needs the heating on, I have a cleaner once a week to help with changing my bedding and hovering, washing my clothes ect I have a garden that I have to pay someone to keep the grass mowed and hedges cut |
| Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: Concentration, sitting standing, being reliable as I can be up and down with pain and discomfort in the night which interferes with my sleep patern and then can make me drowsie with the pain and am also on very strong pain medication |
| Anything else to tell us: The stress and trauma the possibility of this becoming my life is increasing the pain, discomfort, sleepless nights and not functioning properly |
