Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: I'm 90% bedbound and 100% housebound. I'm unable to cook for myself beyond making toast or a pot noodle. I only wash maybe once a fortnight, it takes me 2 weeks to recover. I wash my hair once a month. I rarely have the energy to get dressed unless I have an appointment I used to work full time in a busy corporate job until I got EBV. I'm now dependent on my partner fkr everything. I was turned down for PIP the first 3 times I applied. |
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: Expect to lose my standard rate living component. I would lose everything, my access to private medication LDN which I buy, the supplements I take, the ability to take a taxi to appointments. My husband works full time trying to support us so doesn't claim carers allowance. PIP would make us reliant on family financially |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I cannot work. I can barely and rarely sit up |
