| Main conditions that affect daily living: Rheumatoid arthritis both knees, & both hands, both hands carpal tunnel, Osteoarthritis arthritis in back, depression,Iliotibial syndrome. Shortness breath. Hole in heart repaired, leaky valve repaired, have yearly check ups for those. |

| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Washing hair,washing in bath,don't use it often,to high sided, so get wash down, friend helps me dress, & shoes, socks on.. cannot stand for long, let alone cook for myself, use microwave, which is horrible. Chair to sit on in kitchen, they said I could use knife & folk, & cut food up but they didn't ask that question. I keep dropping things, cos of arthritis everywhere, & carpal tunnel. I've just got mobility car, so most money goes on this,but get basic standard daily living, which leaves me with £295, think, to live on . I can't walk or stand longer than 5 mins, short breath, & now suppose to go back work. My body & head can't cope with that threat,so scared & worried .can't lose money or car,or won't b able walk,anywhere, body can't cope with pain..suffer from sleep anapora, badly |
| Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: I'd lose £295 daily living allowance, that's all of it. I'd b struggling badly ..especially as can't work, & now being threatened to go back work, if don't lose my universal credit. So stressed about it. Also have pay bedrm tax of about £96 which can't pay either |
| Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: My body won't take it, back osteoarthritis arthritis always pain,after 2-5mins of standing up, knees give way, due to swelling up both knees,Rheumatoid arthritis, both hands Rheumatoid arthritis, & carpal tunnel both hands,so keep dropping things.
