| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: My condition fluctuates greatly but 60-70% of the time I am bed or housebound. During this time, I cannot shower, make food, walk or move without feeling like I am going to faint or being in pain. I no longer drive. |

| Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I would love to work but it would have to be a few hours a week, from home & flexible enough for me to do when I am well. I am not reliable. I have attempted to find such jobs with no success. I am educated to masters level. |
