| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: cooking takes longer i need aids like a stool due to chronic back pain,general chores due to fatigue and joint pain. Climbing stairs need aids. I need promting to do things. Getting dressed difficulty turning to put on underwear and socks need shoehorn. Same difficulty getting into bath weak knee need aids, wear knee support. Takes ages get dressed plus changing dressings because of Psoriasis. Undressing hurts because scabs stick to skin. |
