| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Getting our if bed to toilet, cleaning myself upper body and lower, dressing if I have to go out in bed 24/7 so only medical appointments now. Making a hit water bottle , hot /cold drinks, cooking and eating, housework, sorting and taking tablets now. Everything now is a struggle. |

| Anything else to tell us: This whole thing is worrying and upsetting more suicidal thoughts now despite waiting two years for mental support and therapy and Im an urgent case apparently! |
