Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Disturbed sleep due to pain and orthopeadic conditions, Remembering medicines ,What to take and when. Impaired Mobility and limb weakness makes preparing food and drink difficult and Dangerous. Brain fog getting muddled |

Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: The Job Centre staff actually SERIOUSLY thinking I am Employable! |
Anything else to tell us: Since this Process was unveiled I have had even less sleep worrying about Wether I can Keep my carer, Will I have to Pay for My Huge Prescriptions? How will I keep warm being sensitive to the cold and afford food let alone pay Rent and utilities. I was an Ambulanceman untill Health went then worked in the Funeral Buisness untill I beacame unable to work . Before NHS work was a Nursing assistant then a security Guard, Always worked. |
