No 4 point PIP descriptors results

Nickname: bortolotti
Age: 36
Main health condition: Physical health
Main conditions that affect daily living: CFS/ME, Fibromyalgia, TMJD, Depression
Rate of PIP daily living component: Standard
4 point descriptor score: No
Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: I think I should score 4 on at least one, but I didn't want to rock the boat by appealing when I was awarded standard rate (better to have something than nothing)
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: I struggle to bathe myself regularly (once a week is what I can currently manage). I struggle to cook proper meals. I struggle to stay on my feet for short amounts of time. I cannot keep my home clean, and cannot keep on top of laundry. Shopping is absolutely exhausting, and the preparation of the list takes me a long time to complete
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: Honestly, I'm too scared to work out how much I expect to lose. If I lose PIP, that means I also lose my ESA/Universal Credit top ups, so I guess I'd be left on just the standard UC amount?
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: My conditions fluctuate daily, and I would not be able to reliably attend any kind of work. I cannot know in advance what periods of time I might have the concentration to do some work. Stress is one of the biggest things that causes flare ups of my conditions, and I would be under a lot of pressure if I lost PIP and had to attempt to rejoin the workforce. I can't see there being any support available that would actually be of any use to me, as I have conditions with no treatments available.
Anything else to tell us: My conditions fluctuate, and this is used against me in the PIP assessment, because the assessors don't go by the rules of "reliably, repeatedly, safely and in a timely manner". As I am unable to reliably do most of the descriptors, I should score much higher than the 8 points I received (2 points each, over 4 descriptors).
If I were to receive the same points again next time, I would be forced to appeal the decision, which is not something I have the energy to do, and would cause a deterioration in my symptoms, which would likely take a long time to recover from.
Just filling in the review form took me longer than the 30 days they give you, so I can't imagine how long it would take me to put together a coherent appeal.
I think these changes will cause a lot of people a lot of harm, and I no longer have any trust in this government to do the right thing for disabled people.
