Main conditions that affect daily living: Balance issues following brain tumour removal. Vp shunt and headaches. Osteoarthritis, waiting on knee replacement and hip replacement. Depression and other things

Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: I don’t know. I am a pensioner on Pip. Not sure what’s happing with me
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Balance, I can’t use public transport, difficulty on stairs, escalators, showering as you require balance. Shopping. Anything requiring balance which most people don’t notice they are actually using balance.
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: Pip daily living. I get mobility. I could not use taxis or keep my car which is my lifeline. I still have desk job which I could not do I need various help at home which I pay for.
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: N/a
Anything else to tell us: I would like to know if the changes are affecting pensioners it’s very difficult to find out and very worrying for me.
