Hypothyroidism, celiac, extensive food allergies, chronic vomiting, malaise, chronic fatigue, long covid, IBS, diverticulitis, migrants, insomnia, underweight, cannot process food and currently 45 kg. Gerd. Hypothyroidism, anxiety, panic attacks, depression. |

| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Struggle with monitory, weakness and strength. Cannot lift much weight. A small pot too heavy, many burn and cuts. Cannot undress and wash mid and upper body. Cannot open child proof medication lids. Sometime struggle to use handles to open doors. Not strong enough to open push pull door. Chronic fatigue. Spend much of day incapacitated in toilet with incontinence. I worked for 10 years after The horrid car crash that took my health. I couldn’t go on I was in agony and vomiting and incontinence at Work in the travel industry. I miss it with a passion and would Be Back in it if I were well enough. I spend every day Vomiting up food I cannot keep down or vomiting out the other end with incontinence. Everyday. I should have 4 Point for those incontinence questions. Makes for a miserable all consuming life. I have to eat lots and lots and need care to cook as too danger for me To do as I set my house on fire, accidentally. And causes me too many injuries. Cannot stand long and cannot walk long. They already took mobility from me 2022. Still no clue why as things just Got worse. I get 4 Points on mobility on walking distance 1st Question. But Lost while 8 points on planning a journey. I was too ill to challenge and never really understood why. I have extensive financial costs due to everything I need to buy to have some dignity Just a little. |
| Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: Near £1000 per month 434’pip and then 416 if lwca gone. Won’t have enough for food let all bills and no money for pharmacy requirements and dignity Products. I will die quicky On £300 per month |
| Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I am too sick to work unless as I am in bathroom with fevered IBS in agony with Sickness and diarrhoea! |
