Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: Not likely |
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: I cannot walk at all now and am waiting for an urgent mri scan. I can't stand at all as the pain is so severe. I've lost the feeling in my left hand and left toes due to my condition |
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: £450 a month |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: There is no way I can work, I am currently bed ridden |
Anything else to tell us: If I lose my PIP, I will 100% be taking my own life. I use that money to pay for a private physio which helps a little bit. I also have to buy expensive arthritis gel and voltarol, my mother is my carer but she is 70 and is struggling to help me. I'm in pain all day, every day. I am waiting for steroid epidurals in my spine and neck and have not even seen my specialist in 18 months. I have no life and if my pip is stopped I will have no choice but to take my own life. I'm ok with that, but just scared incase I mess it up. I am such a burden on my poor mam and dad, it's not fair on them either. I worked on site from 17 until 5 years ago, worked 6 days a week, and very hard, and this is where it has got me. I'm just so tired of being in pain, and now the government want to pu ish me from damaging my back and neck working hard. Diolch x |
