Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Washing, toilet, dressing, cooking, eating, frequent bedding changes, sleeping all difficult because of pain, chronic fatigue, frequent infections and mobility restrictions |
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: £480 per month I am guessing the whole amount. Will not be able to get the help and support I need from people or devices or replacement bedding and clothes or readymade food |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: Age, out of the paid workplace for 20+ years, lack of reliable health and energy and mobility restrictions are not attractive to employers! |
Anything else to tell us: We are often volunteers and carers for others in the same situation as and when we can. We contribute to society in many ways including paying all sorts of taxes. We have often had to prove our disability numerous times and it is exhausting as well as demeaning |
