Nickname: Clara Richards
Age: 32
Main health condition: Physical health
Main conditions that affect daily living: Endometriosis, adenomyosis, chronic migraines, fibromyalgia
Rate of PIP daily living component: Enhanced
4 point descriptor score: No
Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: Borderline
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: I am unable to take care of myself and my home and require a carer to assist with my meals, self care, housework and managing finances.
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: Around £100 a week. This is money that goes towards healthcare needs (additional water and heating costs, mobility aids, accessibility aids, supplements recommended by specialists etc).
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I am too unwell to work. I live with constant pain and fatigue, daily migraine attacks, dizziness and more. Taking away my PIP will not enable me to work, it will only push me into poverty.
