Nickname: Papa 1 |
Age: 60 |
Main health condition: Physical health |
Main conditions that affect daily living: After effects from oesophagus cancer, sickness, swollowing, blood sugar dumping syndrome (dibilitating causes dizzy light head, weakness, fainting) I also have a left side weakness |
Rate of PIP daily living component: Standard |
4 point descriptor score: No |
Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: Not very |
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Dumping syndrome happens at random times, as I recover from an episode I'm exhausted and may sleep, it makes you unsteady on your feet and hot, fast heart, feeling faint, it's restrictive to normal daily life |
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: About 300 a month |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I'm not save, no employer would want to insure me, or not knowing day to day if I can manage, I could be in work for 10 mins, have an episode and that would be me done for hours, it's very dibilitating |
