| Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: I won't get 4 points in anything, they totally ignored my dysmotility and swallowing difficulties and the fact I'm having blended up good and can't eat anything slone because of the choking hazard and massive anxiety around eating, my mh,no chance of a 4 on face to face,I've explained how I can't engage with others only medical professionals who know about my panic disorder but I only score 2 |
| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Can't go out alone,car journeys are full of panic have to stay local,can't use bus etc at all even accompanied,have panic at home as well,can't stay on my own overnight, struggling massively with staying at home in the day when oh is at work as well,3 nervous breakdowns trying to get right pushing myself with cbt,didn't work,went worse,currently having night time panics and high sleeping anxiety from around 3am gor rest of the night,that is a direct result of these proposals it's making me worse |

| Anything else to tell us: I had my 3rd breakdown last April when rhe tories read their proposals out on tv,I knew we would lose everything ,I can't work, even if penniless I still couldn't work,my oh gas his iwn health problems now so went part time,he claims nothing but carers for me since last march, he fave up a full time job because I was getting worse,now at 55 and with his own health not good he can not go back full time |
