Main conditions that affect daily living: Osteoarthritis, waiting for 2 operations for artificial thumb implants the first one have been waiting for just over 2 years after being referred for it, also have atrial fibrillation which when I have af attacks they vary in length and have ended up in hospital after my very first af attack in 2008 means i am 5 times more likely to have a stroke or heart attack especially after my father had 2/3 minor strokes and 2 massive ones the second of which killed him. I also suffer with anxiety and in total am on 11 medications a day |

Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: I honestly don't know how much i might stand to lose but what ever it is or might be will cause me which as I have already said can bring on af attacks i couldn't cope with the stress |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I couldn't cope with the anxiety which would cause me stress which in turn could cause me to have af attacks |
