Nickname: Mark |
Age: 40-50 |
Main health condition: Both physical and mental health |
Main conditions that affect daily living: Just want to continue from my previous form as I forgot some details, anxiety and bad back |
Rate of PIP daily living component: Enhanced |
4 point descriptor score: No |
Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: My condition is already starting to get worse so maybe I will be eligible when assessment time comes around again, I can be fairly optimistic at times, it serves no good being pessimistic. |
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Difficult walking when in a stupor. I can't bend over to reach stuff I have anxiety panic attacks and need to drive instead of walking. |
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: In the previous a great proportion of income will be taken from me this is so unfair. |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I am hoping the assessor will be able to understand the nature of my disability and will be empathetic with me |
Anything else to tell us: These are very worrying times for those concerned. The government seriously need to understand that they are going to impoverish many people and suicides may also be a likely consequence if they can not think of anything better to do than these desperate drastic proposals. |
