| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Changing bin sack and putting it in wheelie bin. Loading and unloading a washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. Bending down or reaching up to get something out of a cupboard. Showering as I have a shower in a bath and the side is high to step over. Standing and walking for any more than 5 minutes. Not sleeping due to worrying. Brain fog and forgetting things. Avoiding people even close family. |
