I'm not sure whether I like it better or not. I get set in my ways so find it difficult to adapt to change.

However, I don't have a problem with it, really and am slowly adapting to it.

It definitely looks more modern and professional but surely these take a back seat and surely user-friendlness is the key.

Hi again, after using the site for a couple of days I just tried the search option, both main page and forum. I searched for 'diary template' and 'example diaries' . Please could you make these easier to locate, as neither search found what I know is in there somewhere...? I often recommend making a diary to forum posters desperate about their lack of outside eg medical evidence esp since covid. It would be good to make them easy to find for many people who aren't used to the sheer amount of reading and writing required for a good PIP claim.
Thanks for all your wonderful work; I make every opportunity to introduce B&W to anyone I can eg when phoning the bank earlier to pay a bill.

After a bit of a wander round, i am impressed. Just takes a bit of meandering to get to grips with it. Clearer, and more accessible for me. Thanks x

The new version is does not read easy on standard desk top monitors. I am getting cramp having to scroll down so much just to read a few words. Most of my screen to the left and right is blank. The old format worked better for me. Content as usual excellent. Thanks for you help over the years.

I Really like the new version, as it comes out on my phone a lot easier , than before, am able to read it better too, I have recommended, people to use benefit and work, in my opinion it’s the best advice, for filling out forms for PIP, as the form is VERY stressful for me, I gave up in the end, but I tired again, I was told that they needed more information, but never told me what? Information, on that reason I was refused pip,

Hopefully we can all get used to this new redesign. I did get used to, and enjoy, the older design, but I am sure you did not go to all this trouble without thinking very thoroughly about it beforehand. I know you are doing your best for your subscribers and have done this revamp to create a better subscriber and user experience.

I think the 'userway' accessibility options are brilliant. I don't need them personally but believe passionately they should be available. I just asked a Public Question at my local council about their website, including why it did not have even choice of text size or read-aloud. I was told that no one ever used the read aloud facility so they stopped paying for it. And text size can be changed be pressing Ctrl and + or - . But how are users supposed to know that when it does not say so? So well done B&W.
