Claimants needing to call the Tribunals Service about their social security appeal will now be able to access call centres for longer hours, it was announced last week.
The opening times of the service centres have been extended. Previously they were open from 9am to 5pm weekdays only.
For a pilot period they will be open:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
Saturday, 8am to 2pm
