Just like to inform you that thanks to all the helpful information I obtained from this site, whilst filling in my DLA claims forms. I have now been awarded high mobility allowance & middle care allowance. Thanks again. Carry on the good work.

I wish to thank you all for the valuable and helpful advice given through your website over the months. In December 2008 I applied for Employment Support Allowance. Each time I got my claim rejected. I was shocked at the inaccuracies ATOS Healthcare had put in my so called medical exam. They mentioned things in the report we had never even discussed. However it was only through perseverance and the aid of your website that pointed me in the right direction as far my point of argument was concerned. Previously I had scored "0" with ATOS healthcare. Using your own scoring system I scored 108, but today was I awarded 24 points which allowed me the stay on ESA, albeit not on the higher level as I had expected and hoped for. But none the less, a massive weight off my mind. And a huge thanks for all of your information.

I would like to say a big thank you for the helpful tips you gave me. From being on low rate mobility, I have now been awarded high rate mobility and middle rate care, and my award was backdated to March this year! The process took me a long time, and was often emotionally painful and draining, but I took it step by step because I wanted to give a full account of my conditions and needs and it was worth the effort. Your guide was so helpful. Many thanks to all the team.

I was getting ESA up until June of this year and when i went in front of the medical examiner she only awarded me 6 points a total injustice. I had done an on line self assessment and scored 36 points, I took your advice on how to appeal, along with the help of my local Citizens Advice officer and i was successful in appealing ,I was awarded 18 points still a bit short of 36 but at least I am still on the ESA for the time being.

I just wanted to let you know that with your guidance (again) I have now been able to help my husband in getting DLA.
After completing my own claim, doing my husband’s was easy. It must have been well put together, or something is going on with The Department of Work and Pensions because from date of receipt it only actually took 2 working days for them to make a decision. My husband is now on Higher Rate Care, Lower Rate Mobility. He was just on Incapacity Benefit before.
I couldn’t have done it without your site, so thanks again.
