Benefits, where do I start ?

I'm a new member and this is my first post. I have recently had major spinal surgery and I also suffer with cervical spondylosis. I have started a phased return to work but this is becoming quite painful. I am worried about losing my job due to ill health.
I already receive IIB, DLA (low care) and ESA. Where is the best place to sart for further benefit advice?
