Jackie,
We had the same letter and eventually found out that they didnt have any information or evidence but it was their way of reviewing everyone - wrong i know but thats dwp. lodge an appeal asap and really go throuht the atos medical report (when you get it) and even if it takes up 100 pages refute everything that he has got wrong. we did and it was all based on his subjective opnion, we lost everything so we jsut put our heads up re joined this site and are battling on, we wont give up and dont you, also email/write to your MP telling him everything and if you dont get a reply write again and again and again.

how long is the gap between the last award and the review thats stopped your dla, becasue looking at the a to z of health problems there a couple you have that they might have taken the default postion "there not as bad as they was" unless of course you supplied up to date information giving details of how your are affected
IMO of course for example angina is it now stable ? did you if you have a gtn spray give details of how often you need to use it, and how long the affects of using it cause you problems ? the atrial fibrillation, on its own people get use to it... do you have dizzey spells and need to lie down ? did you tell them this ?
its a guess but if the original award was for 2 to 3 years IMO they would be looking for lots of medical reports giving details of up to date problems

Hi,my last award indefintley,was august 2010,this was a review after 5 years.
I did submit new medical evidence, its mainly the arthiritis that causes me problems,i cannot walk or move around much,i need someonme with me to help me shower and dress and i cannot cook a meal.basically now the DLA is stopped i will be in my night clothes until my husband returns from work on wed ,thur and fri,i had care when he was working and mon tues when hes home he helps me.its the reason he works part time.i do feel like my life now will have no quality, especially if i loose my car on mobility too,my carer used it to take me out and about.i do use an electric scooter but dont like being out on my own.
thanks again for everyone's help and advice.

Hi there Jackie
Can I just ask you, did they send you a big form the DLA 1 or a short form that is about 5 pages long and asks for any changes in your condition?
