Hi My Incapacity Benefit reveiew was due in Oct 2010 and i am currently waiting on an appoinment coming in to see an independant doctor.Just wondering if I am turned down by this appointment and have to appeal does your money stop.
If you fail the WCA medical assessment your benefit will automatically stop, but if you appeal the decision it should be reinstated at assessment rate when your notice of appeal (GL/24 form) is received.
