Hi,

Was wondering if anyone had had the dreaded call and if so what do they ask?

Thanks

I don't answer my phone to unlisted or numbers I don'r recognise so I expect to get an answerphone message. Or just a letter.

 I thought the first indication of it being my time to be reassessed would be by mail, not a phone call?

Frogslegs,

I think your correct, as to IB to ESA Transition process on yougov.

1. Letter about to be assessed.

2. Follow up phone call.

3. ATOS send ESA50.

4. Medical assessment.

5. ATOS findings and prognosis sent to DWP DM.

6. DM decision given to claimant.

Of course at any stage of this process you could be put into a particular group, if they feel they have enough info.

That's of course if they stick to their own guidelines.

They are supposed to try and contact by phone first and then follow it up by a letter.

It is part of the DWPs attempt to make the process more personal, not realising of course, the impact that a phone from their offices has on most people :)
