Hi Janette
It sounds like the judge has directed your consultant in writing to send specific information prior to the hearing. There is no reason to think there will be an additional hearing.
Good luck
Derek

Sorry seem to have got things wrong. I havn't had my hearing yet. I was told by the benefits office that at the hearing the judge may request more information? This hasn't happened yet.
I have looked on the appeal guide and the doctors form is the same one as claimants receive, these aren't relevant to suffers of Hughes syndrome ( blood clotting illness).
My consultant will not just write a letter with out specific questions.
I don't know what to do my next appointment with my consulant isn't till july.
I don't want to go with no evidence or supporting matter.

My Doctor wrote a letter stating my disabilities, that seemed to suffice, if the date of your appeal falls on a day that you're taking a holiday, unless you've paid for it, I wouldn't go, after all you should be available for any date within reason, after all you have waited so long for that day to come, don't jeopardise it by having a fun day somewhere else, plenty of time for that afterwards.
Good luck anyway
