New ESA50, 6 months after winning appeal

Today I received one of the new ESA50 forms and a letter saying I must fill it in. Recently I had received a letter saying my case was being looked at, asking me whether I was in any education or whether my family received allowance for me - neither of which were the case for a number of years.

It just surprised me how soon this has come about. I fought and won a tribunal about 6 months ago with the help of this website. My original claim was probably nearly 2 years ago, but the medical took many months and the tribnal another 12 and more.

The tribunal was the most demeaning and soul-destroying thing I have ever done in my life and the thought of going through it all again so soon is quite terrifying

Is it normal to have to be reevaluated this often?
And is the new form more or less harsh, particularly for chronic fatigue sufferers?

Some people get a letter calling them in for a medical just a week or two after winning their appeal. We've had members on here who seem to be on an endless treadmill of reassessments up to four times a year.

Wow... and I thought I had it bad. Can't say I'm surprised. That's awful. :(

I really don't know if I am well enough to go through the whole thing again, but I am torn because I don't want to let them get away with bullying the weak.

Either way I will give the form filling my best shot. I let my subscription lapse thinking I wouldn't need it for a long time! Luckily my coupon was still valid. Without you guys this would all be a lot bleaker.

What makes them keep sending some people round and round? is it sore grapes at losing appeals ? or do they keep picking on some people thinking they will stop claiming ? having looked at DWP manuals there is nothing in any of them that gives the sort of guideance that they should pick on people
