an addendum to my post. In a previous post of mine, I told how the DWP had refused me DLA based on failed ATOS medical. Would I now be able to put a new claim in?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

There's no reason why not, and obviously you can use your Tribunal result as evidence, assuming it is relevant to your DLA claim.an addendum to my post. In a previous post of mine, I told how the DWP had refused me DLA based on failed ATOS medical. Would I now be able to put a new claim in?

Hi all, just to let you know I got my backpay 3 days ago, so it took 2 weeks. I ended up with £1360 and also my weekly rate has gone up by £25. I'm hoping for a little respite now, but I cant really relax because I know they will start hounding me before long.
Incidentally, I completed my 5 Pathways to work interviews last year, will I have to have more now? I am assuming that I'm in the WRAG but my letter from DWP didn't actually stipulate this.
I would be very interested to hear how long it takes them to backdate your money having done this. Please would you post when you get it?
Well done,
Rachel

Hi Katykat, congratulations on getting your money through so quickly!!
Really hope you can spend some of it on pampering yourself!
I think if your money has gone up £25 that means you are in the WRAG, the support group is more like £32.
DWP communication can be rubbish. I still haven't had any communication from them! If you took it all to be open and honest, I was the one who told them I had won my appeal...I could have been lying!!
Best wishes,
Rachel
