Rioruss I have been told before that the support group is only for terminally ill people by one of the many clueless front line staff...after a little arguing and quoting the descriptors to the lady she still would not have it.

I had to request a call back from her supervisor who sometime later indeed agreed with me that I was correct the young lady was wrong but new to this type of work...She was going to receommend further trainign for her. In the same call tot he suprvisor she blatantly got something wrong about the descriptors also so I suggested she to needed some training...is it a ploy???

I would write and let them know that your condition has worsened and also if you have your dr's support anything from the dr may help. I would always receommend writing to them after any call.
