exceptional circumstances

i had a brain anuerysm couple of years ago which burst and left me disabled with cognitive and concentration problems,
my question, is there a discriptor which would apply for wca exemption?

There's a full list of the exemptions in the guides in the members area. But, on their own, cognitive and concentration problems are unlikely to meet any of them.
You might want to look at the exceptional circumstances in relation to being a danger to yourself or someone else if your concentartion issues are severe enough.

i have falls regularly without warning due to dizzyness and have many injuries,
